Privacy Policy

Prsr Contracts ("we", "our", "the extension") is a Chrome extension that analyzes contracts, leases, and terms of service using AI. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we access, how it is used, and what we do not do.

What We Access

When you use the extension, we access contract text through one of two methods:

DocuSign scraping — when you click "Analyze" on a DocuSign signing page, our content script reads the contract text, document name, and signer information from the page
PDF upload — when you upload a PDF file, it is sent to our server for text extraction and analysis

Contract text is sent to our server for AI analysis and is not stored after the response is returned. Uploaded PDF files are processed in memory and immediately discarded.

What We Store Locally

Subscription status — whether you are on the Free or Pro plan, stored in chrome.storage.sync
License key — your ExtensionPay license key for payment verification

No contract text, analysis results, PDF files, or browsing history is stored locally or remotely.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude AI) — contract text is sent to the Claude API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
ExtensionPay — handles subscription payments via Stripe. ExtensionPay's privacy policy applies.

What We Do Not Do

We do not collect personally identifiable information
We do not track your browsing activity
We do not store or log contract text or PDF files
We do not sell or share any data with third parties
We do not use cookies or analytics trackers

Rate Limiting

Free users are limited to 3 analyses per day. We use your IP address solely for rate limiting purposes. IP addresses are stored temporarily in memory and are not logged or persisted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
