Prsr Contracts is a Chrome extension that uses AI to analyze contracts, leases, and terms of service. The extension provides risk scores, red and green flags, plain-English summaries, key term extraction, and negotiation points. It works by scraping contract text from DocuSign signing pages or by accepting uploaded PDF files.
The analyses provided by Prsr Contracts are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and the extension is not a substitute for consulting a qualified attorney. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the extension's output, including decisions to sign, reject, or negotiate any contract.
AI-generated analyses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any risk score, flag, summary, or negotiation suggestion. You are responsible for independently verifying any analysis before making decisions based on it.
Pro subscriptions can be managed, cancelled, or updated through the extension's account panel. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the email below.

The extension, its code, design, and branding are owned by Prsr. AI-generated analyses are provided for your personal or business use. Contract content analyzed by the extension belongs to its respective owners.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personally identifiable information or store contract data.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prsr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated contract analyses, missed contract terms, or decisions made based on the extension's output.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
